Moris Media is currently hiring for UI Designer - Adobe XD in Ukraine; this job may require you. We are seeking a talented UI Designer with expertise in Adobe XD to join our team. As a UI Designer, you will be responsible for creating visually appealing and user-friendly interfaces for Moris Media’s own band, "moCal" products. Your primary focus will be on designing intuitive user experiences that enhance customer satisfaction.

In this role, you will leverage your skills in Adobe XD to develop and refine user interface designs that align with our brand’s aesthetic and functionality requirements. You will work closely with our product and development teams to translate complex design problems into elegant and practical solutions. Your expertise will help shape the look and feel of our digital products, ensuring they are engaging, accessible, and aligned with our user-centric goals.

You will be tasked with conducting user research and usability testing to inform your design decisions, incorporating feedback to continuously improve the user experience. Your designs should balance creativity with practicality, ensuring they are both visually compelling and technically feasible. Collaboration with cross-functional teams will be key, as you will need to communicate your design vision clearly and effectively.

Your role will also involve staying updated on industry trends and emerging technologies, applying this knowledge to enhance our design processes and outputs. Primary Responsibilities

  • Design visually appealing and user-friendly interfaces for Moris Media’s "moCal" products using Adobe XD.
  • Develop and refine user interface designs that align with the brand’s aesthetic and functionality requirements.
  • Collaborate closely with product and development teams to translate complex design problems into elegant and practical solutions.
  • Conduct user research and usability testing to inform design decisions and enhance user experience.
  • Incorporate user feedback to continuously improve design elements and user interactions.
  • Ensure that designs are both visually compelling and technically feasible, balancing creativity with practicality.
  • Create wireframes, prototypes, and high-fidelity mockups to communicate design concepts effectively.
  • Maintain a high standard of design excellence, adhering to best practices and industry trends.
  • Stay updated on emerging technologies and design trends to apply new insights to design processes.
  • Coordinate with cross-functional teams to ensure design vision is clearly communicated and implemented.
  • Develop user personas and journey maps to better understand and address user needs.
  • Ensure accessibility and usability standards are met in all design work.
  • Iterate on designs based on user testing and feedback to optimize the user experience.
