Program Overview

Moris Media is currently hiring for a Software Engineer Internship. This is a 3-month, full-time internship program designed for aspiring front-end, back-end, and data engineers. During the internship, you will have the opportunity to work on real-world projects and gain hands-on experience, allowing you to develop a deeper understanding of software engineering practices. You will collaborate with a team of professionals who are passionate about technology and innovation, where you can contribute to the development of new solutions and technologies. Throughout this program, you will receive mentorship and guidance from senior engineers, which will help you expand your technical expertise. The internship offers an immersive experience in both coding and problem-solving, as you actively participate in the software development lifecycle. Primary Responsibilities

    Collaborate with senior engineers to develop and implement front-end, back-end, or data engineering solutions.

    Participate in the full software development life cycle, including design, coding, testing, and deployment.

    Write clean, maintainable, and efficient code for various software projects.

    Assist in debugging and troubleshooting software issues across different systems.

    Contribute to the development of new features and improvements in software applications.

    Actively engage in research to stay updated on new technologies and industry trends.

    Develop software solutions that meet the project requirements and are scalable and efficient.

    Work closely with cross-functional teams to integrate new technologies into the company’s projects.

Job Summary

Required Skills

  • 0-6 months of experience in software development or related internships.
  • Strong understanding of programming languages such as JavaScript, Python, Java, or relevant technologies based on the focus area (front-end, back-end, data engineering).
  • Familiarity with front-end development frameworks like React, Angular, or Vue.js, or back-end technologies such as Node.js, Django, or Spring Boot.
  • Basic understanding of databases and data management (e.g., SQL, NoSQL, data pipelines).
  • Strong problem-solving skills and ability to analyze complex technical issues.
  • Knowledge of version control systems, preferably Git.
