Job Summary

We are looking for a senior designer to join our design team and lead us in our design projects. You will be required to oversee the design project from end to end, starting from conceptualization to completion. You will also need to coordinate with the market team and lead your design team toward producing high-quality designs. Your contribution will add value to the team and the end product, directly impacting our client’s satisfaction and profits. The ideal candidates for Senior Graphic Designers would possess creative digital branding designing skills to work on creative marketing projects for our clients.

Job Summary

Primary Responsibilities

  • Oversee conceptualization of design projects.
  • Create execution plans for projects and see them through to completion.
  • Ensure the design team and junior designers are producing quality work.
  • Conceptualise original and unique designs and illustrations.
  • Choose the right images, typography, graphics, and layouts for the project.
  • Ensure the products created are user-friendly and convey brand consistency with all projects.
  • Coordinate between marketing and design teams to ensure a smooth flow of work and
  • Stay up to date with the changing trends in the field and best practices.

Required Qualifications

  • Bachelor's degree in visual communication or any other design-related field.
  • Prior experience as a graphic designer, senior designer, or related role.
  • A good portfolio of past design and creative projects.
  • Expert with design software and editing tools. (In Vision, Adobe, Corel DRAW, Balsamiq etc)
  • Good command over design techniques and visual elements.
  • Good aesthetic sense, and creative thinking with attention to detail.
  • Ability to lead a team in a time-bound environment.
  • Excellent communication, time management, and multitasking skills.
