Moris Media is currently hiring for HR Manager in Qatar. This job may require you to work in a remote-first structure while remaining open to hybrid meetings, official travel, leadership coordination, and business requirements across India or international locations whenever needed. The HR Manager will be responsible for managing recruitment, employee coordination, workforce planning, HR operations, onboarding, documentation, internal communication, and people-related support for Moris Media’s growing India operations. As Moris Media works with clients and teams across 40+ countries, the role requires a highly presentable, confident, well-spoken, and professionally mature individual who can represent the company with clarity, discipline, and strong communication standards. The selected candidate will work closely with leadership, department heads, employees, and candidates to ensure smooth hiring processes, structured HR communication, accurate documentation, and consistent follow-ups. This position is suitable for someone who understands corporate behavior, professional workplace standards, employee handling, and the importance of maintaining a polished image during candidate interactions, internal meetings, and leadership discussions. The HR Manager will support end-to-end hiring, conduct HR interviews, coordinate salary discussions, manage offer processes, maintain employee records, assist with policy implementation, and contribute to employee engagement and retention. The role also requires ownership, confidentiality, decision-making ability, and comfort in managing multiple priorities in a fast-moving media, PR, and digital marketing environment. Job Summary

Primary Responsibilities

● End-to-End Recruitment Management: Manage complete recruitment cycles for India-based and remote positions, including job posting, candidate sourcing, screening, shortlisting, interview coordination, and offer closure.

Candidate Screening & Evaluation: Conduct HR screening rounds to assess communication skills, confidence, grooming, presentation, professional maturity, attitude, and suitability for Moris Media’s global work culture.

HR Interview Coordination: Schedule and conduct HR interviews while coordinating with department heads, leadership, and internal stakeholders for technical or final interview rounds.

Salary Discussion & Offer Closure: Handle salary discussions, negotiation, offer communication, joining confirmation, and candidate follow-ups with professionalism and clarity.

Onboarding & Joining Formalities: Manage onboarding processes, joining documentation, employee records, verification support, offer letters, appointment letters, and internal HR file maintenance.

Workforce Planning Support: Work with department heads to understand hiring requirements, workforce gaps, role expectations, skill requirements, and priority vacancies across departments.

Remote & Hybrid Team Coordination: Coordinate with employees and candidates in a remote-first structure while supporting hybrid meetings, office coordination, training sessions, and official visits whenever required.

Travel Readiness & Assignment Support: Remain open to assignment-based national and international travel for recruitment drives, employee meetings, leadership coordination, business expansion, and company events.

Employee Communication Management: Maintain clear, polished, and professional communication with employees, candidates, vendors, leadership, and internal teams across different locations.

HR Documentation & Reporting: Prepare and maintain recruitment trackers, interview reports, employee data, attendance records, workforce summaries, HR reports, and management review documents.

Policy Implementation: Assist in updating, communicating, and implementing HR policies, workplace guidelines, employee conduct standards, compliance processes, and internal HR procedures.

Employee Engagement & Retention: Support employee engagement, retention initiatives, internal relationship management, feedback coordination, and people-focused communication across departments.

Conflict & Issue Resolution: Handle employee concerns, internal friction, scheduling challenges, resource issues, and workplace communication gaps with maturity, confidentiality, and practical judgment.

Confidentiality & Data Protection: Protect sensitive employee information, candidate records, salary details, internal reports, company documents, and management-level communication with complete discretion.

Global Workforce Development: Contribute to building a presentable, disciplined, well-communicated, professionally aligned, and globally suitable workforce ecosystem for Moris Media’s operations across 40+ countries.

Qualifications and Experience

Educational Qualification: Bachelor’s degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, Management, Corporate Communication, Psychology, or a related discipline is required.

Preferred Qualification: MBA, PGDM, or postgraduate qualification in Human Resources, Business Administration, Industrial Relations, Organizational Psychology, or People Management will be preferred.

Additional Certifications: Certification or training in recruitment, HR operations, labor laws, employee relations, performance management, payroll coordination, or HR compliance will be an added advantage.

Relevant Experience: 3-5 years of experience in human resources, recruitment, talent acquisition, people operations, employee coordination, or HR management is preferred.

Company Workflow Training: The candidate will be trained on Moris Media’s remote-first work culture, hybrid coordination requirements, department structure, leadership reporting, and global operational expectations.

Recruitment Process Training: Training will include candidate sourcing, screening standards, HR interview structure, communication evaluation, offer coordination, salary discussion handling, and joining follow-ups.

Documentation Training: The candidate will be trained on employee records, HR files, offer letters, onboarding documents, attendance records, recruitment trackers, and workforce reports.

Communication Standard Training: The candidate will learn Moris Media’s professional communication style for candidate interaction, employee coordination, leadership reporting, and internal HR communication.

Relocation
