As an HR Executive, you will manage the full employee lifecycle, from talent acquisition to employee engagement, playing a pivotal role in shaping our workplace culture. You will be responsible for sourcing top talent, developing comprehensive onboarding programs, and administering performance management systems to drive organizational success. Additionally, you will address employee concerns, ensure compliance with labor laws, and implement initiatives to enhance morale and engagement.

    • Manage the full recruitment cycle, from sourcing and screening candidates to conducting interviews and coordinating offers.
    • Develop and implement recruitment strategies to attract top talent.
    • Utilize various recruitment channels, including online platforms, social media, and industry events.
    • Conduct thorough background checks and reference checks.
    • Negotiate employment offers and contracts.
  • Onboarding:
    • Develop and implement comprehensive onboarding programs to ensure new hires have a smooth and positive transition into Moris Media.
    • Conduct orientation sessions to familiarize new employees with company policies, culture, and values.
    • Coordinate with relevant departments to ensure new hires have the necessary resources and equipment.
  • Performance Management:
    • Administer performance reviews, provide constructive feedback, and identify areas for employee development.
    • Develop and implement performance improvement plans when necessary.
    • Track employee performance data and identify trends.
  • Employee Relations:
    • Foster a positive and inclusive work environment.
    • Address employee concerns and grievances in a timely and effective manner.
    • Mediate conflicts and facilitate resolutions.
    • Ensure compliance with all applicable labor laws and regulations.
  • HR Administration:
    • Maintain accurate employee records, both physical and digital.
    • Manage HR systems and databases.
    • Assist with payroll and benefits administration.
    • Develop and update HR policies and procedures.
    • Conduct regular HR audits to ensure compliance.
  • Training and Development:
    • Identify training needs and develop training programs to enhance employee skills and knowledge.
    • Coordinate and deliver training sessions.
    • Evaluate the effectiveness of training programs.
  • Compensation and Benefits:
    • Assist in the development and implementation of compensation and benefits programs.
    • Conduct salary surveys and analyze market data.
    • Administer employee benefits programs, including health insurance, retirement plans, and paid time off.
  • Employee Engagement:
    • Develop and implement initiatives to enhance employee engagement and morale.
    • Organize employee events and activities.
    • Conduct employee surveys and analyze feedback.
