You'll possess a blend of creative vision, storytelling prowess, and practical production experience. This includes developing and executing ad campaigns in multiple languages (English, Hindi, and other regional languages) for both clients and in-house projects.

This role is ideal for a passionate visual storyteller with scriptwriting and budgeting experience who excels in a fast-paced, collaborative environment. The successful candidate will drive the creative process from concept development and storyboarding through on-set leadership and final editing. A willingness to travel extensively, both domestically and internationally, is required for location scouting, pitching concepts to clients, and collaborating with celebrities and artists.

Job Summary

Primary Responsibilities

  • Develop Unique Concepts:  Generate fresh, compelling, and on-brand advertising concepts tailored to different audiences across specific campaigns.
  • Scriptwriting or Supervision:  Either directly write impactful scripts or collaborate with and supervise copywriters to ensure scripts translate well to film, especially across multiple languages.
  • Storyboarding:  Create clear visual blueprints (storyboards) to plan shots, compositions, and the overall aesthetic of the ad film effectively.
  • Multilingual Adaptation:  Understand the nuances of adapting ad scripts and visual concepts for audiences who speak English, Hindi, and other regional languages, ensuring cultural sensitivity and impact.
  • Pre-Production Leadership:  Collaborate with the production team to guide pre-production tasks like casting, location scouting, set design, and budgeting, always keeping creative goals in mind.
  • On-Set Visionary:  Direct talent, manage camera crews, and oversee the technical and artistic aspects of filming to achieve the desired visual style and tone of the ad.
  • Post-Production Collaboration:  Work closely with editors, sound designers, and other post-production specialists to shape the final ad film, ensuring a polished and impactful end product.
  • Client Communication:  Present concepts, obtain approvals, address feedback, and maintain transparent communication with clients throughout the project lifecycle.
  • Team Mentorship:  Guide and inspire junior members of the creative team, sharing your expertise and fostering a collaborative environment.
  • Trend Awareness:  Actively stay up-to-date on industry trends, technologies, and innovative storytelling techniques to push the boundaries of Moris Media's ad film output.
