As a Celebrity Fashion Stylist, you will curate and coordinate distinct, fashion-forward wardrobes that enhance the public image of our high-profile clients, tailoring each look to align with personal branding and event requirements. You will collaborate closely with each client to understand their style preferences and career objectives, ensuring that every look reflects their brand persona and amplifies their presence at red carpet events, editorial photoshoots, promotional appearances, and brand campaigns. This role involves trend analysis and staying ahead of emerging styles, building relationships with top designers, and sourcing exclusive pieces. You will manage every aspect of wardrobe selection, outfit planning, and fitting coordination, working with designers and tailors to create flawless, memorable styles. Your styling expertise and industry connections will be instrumental in maintaining the highest standard of visual presentation, from detailed accessory selection to on-location support for last-minute adjustments. Through this position, you will make a significant impact on the public images of our clients, using your creativity, keen fashion sense, and relationship-building skills to deliver transformative styling that elevates their careers and enhances their brand value in the industry.

Job Summary

Primary Responsibilities

  • Client Consultation & Brand Alignment: Conduct in-depth consultations with clients to understand their style preferences, career objectives, and public persona; tailor looks to enhance their brand identity across various events.
  • Wardrobe Curation & Outfit Planning: Strategically plan and curate distinct outfits for red carpets, editorial photoshoots, public appearances, and promotional campaigns, ensuring each look aligns with event-specific requirements.
  • Trend Analysis & Forecasting: Continuously monitor and analyze current and emerging fashion trends, integrating new styles into client wardrobes to keep their looks fresh, relevant, and influential.
  • Sourcing & Coordination of Apparel: Source clothing and accessories by collaborating with top designers, showrooms, and PR agencies, handling logistics for rentals, purchases, and bespoke pieces.
  • Fitting & Tailoring Supervision: Coordinate fittings and manage tailoring alterations to achieve flawless garment fit, ensuring each outfit enhances the client’s appearance and complements their physical attributes.
  • Accessory Selection: Carefully select jewelry, footwear, and additional accessories to complete each look, harmonizing all elements for a cohesive and polished visual presentation.
  • On-Location Styling & Support: Provide real-time styling adjustments at events and photoshoots to ensure clients look impeccable in every scenario, offering support for last-minute changes.
  • Designer & Brand Relationship Building: Cultivate and maintain strategic relationships with designers, fashion houses, and PR agencies to secure exclusive items, collaborations, and early access to new collections.
  • Client Wardrobe Management: Maintain and manage client wardrobe inventories, coordinating the organization of outfits and accessories to streamline selection for future events.
  • Social Media & PR Coordination: Collaborate with clients’ PR teams to ensure styles complement promotional campaigns, enhancing social media engagement and brand partnerships.
  • Budget Management & Financial Planning: Develop and oversee wardrobe budgets, balancing between high-end and affordable options to achieve maximum styling impact within financial constraints.
  • Trend-Driven Style Development: Regularly update clients' visual identity by creating innovative, trend-driven style concepts that elevate their public image and align with career progression.
  • Travel & Event Support: Accompany clients to events as required, providing comprehensive styling assistance from fittings to final adjustments, enhancing their confidence and public presentation.
  • Fashion Industry Awareness: Stay informed about competitors, emerging designers, and evolving industry standards, bringing unique insights to maintain clients' style distinction.
  • Brand & Contract Negotiations: Negotiate with designers, vendors, and stylists to secure favorable terms for exclusive styling collaborations, maximizing value and opportunities for clients.

  • 1-3 Years of Fashion Styling Experience: Proven track record in styling high-profile clients, including celebrities and public figures, with a strong portfolio of diverse and innovative looks.
  • Strong Creative Vision: Ability to conceptualize unique styling themes tailored to each client’s personal brand and event requirements, with a keen eye for detail and trendsetting fashion.
  • Exceptional Communication Skills: Fluent in client consultation, able to translate a client’s personality, preferences, and goals into a cohesive visual style while maintaining open lines of communication.

  • Meticulous Wardrobe Coordination: Skilled in organizing and managing client wardrobes, including outfit selection, fittings, and tailoring, to ensure impeccable presentation and comfort.
  • On-Site Styling Acumen: Ability to travel and provide hands-on styling support at events, photoshoots, and promotional appearances, handling last-minute adjustments with poise.
  • Flexibility for Travel: Open to frequent travel, accompanying clients to domestic and international locations as required to provide in-person styling expertise.
  • Efficient Budget Management: Experience managing budgets, making balanced styling choices within financial constraints while delivering impactful and high-quality looks.
  • Social Media Savvy: Awareness of social media trends and PR coordination, with the ability to enhance client branding through style choices that resonate on digital platforms.

Job Summary

Required Qualifications

  • Educational Qualification: A Bachelor's degree in Fashion Design, Styling, Visual Arts, or a related field is preferred. Equivalent industry experience and a strong portfolio may also be considered.
  • Travel Flexibility: Willingness to travel frequently for client meetings, events, and photoshoots, both domestically and internationally, as the role demands.
